New Student Scholarship Application 2026-2027
Thank you for applying for a scholarship at Bishop Dwenger High School. Scholarship funds are allocated based on financial need and scholastic ability. To be eligible for these scholarships, your family must also complete the online FACTS Management Grant & Aid Assessment form. Students must re-apply each year.

Instructions for Applicants:

1) Application must be completed by student, not parent.

2) Print the New Student Scholarship Application Recommendation Form and have it signed (see below).

3) Once the New Student Scholarship Application Recommendation Form is signed, upload it (see below).

4) Upload your essay - Microsoft Word format only. Please do not upload a screenshot of your essay.

5) Upload most recent copy of your transcript or report card.

6) You may "save and continue" later if necessary.

7) Complete remaining application and submit.

8) Remind your parent(s) to complete the online FACTS Management Grant & Aid Assessment form.
Please print the New Student Scholarship Application Recommendation Form and have it signed by an adult (non-family member). Once it is signed, please upload it, below.
