Instructions:

Thank you for applying for a scholarship at Bishop Dwenger High School. Scholarship funds are allocated based on financial need and scholastic ability. To be eligible for these scholarships, your family must also complete the online FACTS Management Grant & Aid Assessment form. Students must re-apply each year.

Instructions for Applicants:

1) Application must be completed by student, not parent.

4) Complete remaining application and submit.

5) Remind your parent(s) to complete the online FACTS Management Grant & Aid Assessment form.
