Policies

Below are my current policies. Please take a moment to review them!
Cancellation policy
- All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time and date
- No-shows will be charged an automatic 20% of their appointment total
Late Policies
- If you are 30 minutes late to your appointment and you have not contacted me to let me know this will be marked as a no-show appointment
Refund policy
- If you're not satisfied with the results of your hair, you have 10 days to reach out to me, I will allow a free color correction so your hair is to your liking
- If you alter your hair in any way, such as cutting or treatments during those 10 days after your appointment, the free color correction will not be available.
For coloring service, I am available Monday-Friday with the starting time for coloring at 11 AM the latest.
