  • NCAA DII/DIII Colorado 4th of July 2026 Agreement

    The agreement between the below parties is in regard to the Triple Crown Colorado 4th of July event and in accordance with Triple Crown's interpretation of hiring NCAA DI, DII, DIII, USCAA, NAIA and Junior College coaches are within compliance. For all Triple Crown events, please consult your compliance director for final approval.
  • Period of Performance

    The event shall commence on June 28th, 2026 and shall continue through July 5th, 2026.

    Work Opportunity Dates: Mon, June 29th - Fri, July 3rd, 2026.

  • College Coach Responsibilities

    Provide your travel and transportation.

    Work the above days based on the assigned schedule/complex. You are required to be actively engaged and professional at all times you are hired to work.

  • Triple Crown Responsibilities

    Triple Crown Sports will book and reserve lodging if you fulfill the required working assignments.  We assign two coaches per room. There are no solo rooms available for this event. 

    TCS will provide food and water onsite.

    TCS will mail compensation after the event has completed.

  • Liability to hold harmless agreement:

    "Neither TCS or the School shall be held responsible for personal injury or property damage or other loss except resulting from its own negligence and/or willful misconduct, or the negligence of anyone within its control. Each party, to the fullest extent permitted by law, shall defend with competent counsel, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party and its trustees, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, causes of action, suits, judgments, and claims by or on behalf of any person, firm, corporation, entity or governmental authority if caused by the negligent or intentional act or omission of the indemnifying party, its contractors, officers, servants, agents, or employees.”

  • Compensation and Lodging Requirements

    • 7 nights of lodging provided if you work MONDAY (either at Christopher or Barnes) and then Observe games two other days and 1 additional night of showcase games. We assign 2 coaches per room.
    • Instruction Pay: Listed in options below - calculated based on work assignment
    • Travel: No travel reimbursed.

  • Required to get hotel: Two Days of Observing Games at Assigned Complex. Regional Power Pool - This “Regional” model will put teams of similar strength at a complex designed to look and feel like a true “headquarters” for squads. A geographical mix will provide unique competition.*

  • Check In Day: Earliest available CHECK IN day is: Sunday, June 28th, 2026.*
