    The agreement between the below parties is in regard to the Triple Crown Colorado 4th of July event and in accordance with Triple Crown's interpretation of hiring NCAA DI, DII, DIII, USCAA, NAIA and Junior College coaches are within compliance. For all Triple Crown events, please consult your compliance director for final approval.
  • College Coach Responsibilities

    Provide your travel and transportation.

    Work the above days based on the assigned schedule/complex. You are required to be actively engaged and professional at all times you are hired to work.

    Coach athletes in scheduled games designed to showcase their abilities. Coaches will coach a new team each game slot and are responsible for warming up the players 1 hour prior to the game time, coach players through a TCS designed line up and give "exit" talk to both teams immediately following the conclusion of the game. Exit talk includes a 5-minute synopsis of your program, school and coaching style (you can bring flyers or school printed materials for players if you wish).

    Coaches will be present while watching games at complexes, this includes sitting in the bleachers, actively watching games. Please remember that whatever you do while working and not working the event is a reflection of yourself, your program and your school.

  • Period of Performance

    The event shall commence on July 28th, 2026 and shall continue through Aug 2nd, 2026.

    Work Opportunity Dates: July 28th, 2026.

     

     July 27th: Arrive

    July 28th: Work Camp first half of the day an Showcase games second half of the day

    July 29th: Depart 

  • Triple Crown Responsibilities

    Triple Crown Sports will book and reserve lodging if you fulfill the required working assignments.  We assign two coaches per room. No solo rooms available for this event. 

    TCS will provide food and water onsite that will be announced later.

    TCS will mail compensation after the event has completed.

  • Liability to hold harmless agreement:

    "Neither TCS or the School shall be held responsible for personal injury or property damage or other loss except resulting from its own negligence and/or willful misconduct, or the negligence of anyone within its control. Each party, to the fullest extent permitted by law, shall defend with competent counsel, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party and its trustees, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, causes of action, suits, judgments, and claims by or on behalf of any person, firm, corporation, entity or governmental authority if caused by the negligent or intentional act or omission of the indemnifying party, its contractors, officers, servants, agents, or employees.”

  • Compensation and Lodging Requirements

    Instruction Pay: $200

    Travel Reimbursement: None

    Lodging: 2 Nights Check in July 27th and Check out July 29th
