I hereby agree that the photographs and/or video images taken of my child may be used in perpetuity by Jasper Ridge Farm for the purposes of publicity, education, fundraising, or otherwise promoting the mission and activities of the organization. I understand that I will receive no name recognition or monetary compensation for the use of said photograph (s)and/or video footage, to be used either in print or on the Jasper Ridge Farm website and that this agreement will remain binding and have legal effect regardless of whether my association with Jasper Ridge Farm continues.
Jasper Ridge Farm Volunteer Release

I, {parentguardianName},the parent or guardian of {youthVolunteer}, acknowledge that animals can be unpredictable and fully realize that there are certain dangers inherent in handling animals, including injury and death. I understand that neither my child’s actions, nor the actions of any other person or animal can necessarily be controlled, and that my child’s safety cannot be guaranteed while participating as a volunteer for Jasper Ridge Farm. I have discussed these risks with my child, who wishes to participate, despite the inherent risks. In consideration for my child participating as a volunteer for Jasper Ridge Farm, I fully assume the risks of my child’s and accept full and complete responsibility for the safety of my child, myself, any guests or observers, and personal property.I hereby give up and waive any claims, whether now existing or arising in the future and whether belonging to myself or brought on behalf of my child againstJasper Ridge Farm, agents and employees as a result of damage or injury to my child, or my property, from any cause whatsoever while participating as a volunteer for Jasper Ridge Farm. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmlessJasper Ridge Farm, agents and employees against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses whatsoever, including the costs of defending any such claim, which might arise from the injury or damage to any other person, their property or animals as a result of my child’s participation as a volunteer forJasper Ridge Farm. I agree that the waiver and indemnities contained herein shall be binding on my child, myself, our heirs, successors, legal representatives, and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of Jasper Ridge Farm, agents, employees, heirs and assigns.By signing this document I agree that I have read the entire document, understand its terms, and agree to them.

Webb Ranch Release - Please drive slowly - 5mph

My minor child, {youthVolunteer}, has applied to take riding lessons atWebb Ranch. I understand that participating in riding lessons involves a risk of personal injury. I also understand that Webb Ranch conducts farming activities on the premises, which may also involve a risk of personal injury to my child. My minor child has been advised by Webb Ranch to wear a riding hard hat and chinstrap and agrees to do so. As lawful consideration for permission to take riding lessons, I agree that neither I nor my child will make a claim against or sue Webb Ranch or its officers, directors, agents, instructors or employees for any injury or property damage arising from the negligence or acts, however caused, of Webb Ranch or its employees, instructors, agents, officers, or directors. In addition, on behalf of myself and my minor child, I hereby release and discharge Webb Ranch and its directors, officers, agents, instructors and employees from all actions, claims or demands that we or our heirs, personal representatives or assigns may have for injuries or property damage resulting from the riding lessons or any activity at Webb Ranch. I agree that this release includes injury or damage caused in whole orin part by the negligence, active or passive, of Webb Ranch or its employees, instructors, agents, officers or directors. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A COMPLETE RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A PROMISE NOT TO SUE. I AM AWARE IT IS A CONTRACT WITH WEBB RANCH.
