Annual Scholarship Application
Welcome! We’re excited to learn more about you. Please complete your personal application by January 31, 2026. Scholarship awards start at $1,000 in each of the four categories. To receive your award, you must attend CULTIVATE 2026 in person on Saturday, March 7, 2026. To complete your application, please have the following ready: Resume/Cover Letter or Transcript, at least one Recommendation Letter, at least 30 minutes to thoughtfully respond to the application prompts, and an optional personal introduction video (1–3 minutes).
