    • Tag JoyRide Superapp (on Facebook) and @joyridephilippines (on Instagram and Tiktok) in your post to ensure verification.

    • Provide your contact details and upload a screenshot of your post in this form.

    STEP 5:

    Wait for a Congratulatory SMS!

    After completing the form:

    • JoyRide will verify your entry if it meets the criteria.

    • You will receive a congratulatory SMS from JoyRide.

    • Once verified, your exclusive JOYJOY plushie will be ready for delivery or self-pickup!

    Complete 8 JoyRide trips!

    Customers who complete eight (8) JoyRide trips (MC Taxi, Car, or Taxi Cab) within the promo duration of November 22 to December 3, 2025, automatically qualify.

    STEP 3: 

    Wait for a Congratulatory SMS!

    After completing the form:

    • JoyRide will verify your entry if it meets the criteria.

    • You will receive a congratulatory SMS from JoyRide.

    • Once verified, your exclusive JOYJOY plushie will be ready for delivery or self-pickup!

    REMINDERS & IMPORTANT DETAILS:
    • Promo is open to REGISTERED JoyRide Superapp users only. You must have a JoyRide Superapp account to join.
    • Limited to the first 1,000 customers who complete the registration form and qualify successfully.
    • One (1) JOYJOY Plushie per customer.
    • This promotion is for customers only. JoyRide registered drivers cannot participate. (Drivers will have a separate promo.)
    • Posts must be PUBLIC to be considered.
    • Incomplete, invalid, or private posts will not be counted.
    • Free delivery is available for the following areas: Metro Manila, Rizal (Antipolo, Cainta, Taytay), and Cavite (Bacoor, Imus).
    • Customers may opt for self-pickup for their plushie; however, self-pickup must be done by the customer, an authorized representative, or through JoyRide Delivery. Pickups arranged through other couriers will not be accommodated.
    • This is a FREE JoyJoy Plushie Giveaway. JoyRide will never ask for payment, passwords, or OTPs. We will only verify the details you submitted. If someone asks for sensitive information or payment, ignore and report it.

  • Self-pickup Instructions

    If you select Self-pickup, please indicate below which pickup site you will visit so we can reserve a JoyJoy plushie for you at that location. 

    PLEASE WAIT FOR YOUR CONGRATULATORY SMS FROM JOYRIDE containing a reference number before proceeding to the pickup site. You will receive this SMS once our team has fully validated your entry.

    Once you receive the SMS, you may personally claim your JoyJoy plushie or send an authorized representative to pick it up on your behalf within thirty (30) days. To redeem the plushie, you or your representative must present the CONGRATULATORY SMS with the reference number. 

    REMINDER: NO CONGRATULATORY SMS, NO REDEMPTION

    If you choose to book a rider to pick up the JoyJoy plushie, please note that ONLY JOYRIDE DELIVERY riders will be accepted at our pickup sites. Other couriers or delivery services will not be accommodated.
