    The Jean B. Purvis Community Health Center is hosting its first cornhole tournament during our second annual Food Truck Fundraiser. This tournament will run continuously alongside our Food Truck event on June 6, 2026. Registration details are below.
  • Single/ Team Registration

    Double-Elimination Tournament
  • Pre-registration is preferred for this event, as we will only be able to register 32 teams. If you plan to pre-register, please submit your payment by June 5th, 2026. We will also accept registrations on the day of the event. However, teams that have submitted payment will be given priority over those that have not, regardless of their pre-registration status.

     

    We will accept entries until 10:00 a.m. on the day of the tournament. If our roster is full and all spots are paid for in advance, we may still allow same-day registrations if there are any no-shows. However, we cannot guarantee that registration will be available on the day of the tournament, so please make sure to register in advance.

     

    Payment details will be provided below. Please note that we are only accepting cash or checks for this tournament. All registration fees are non-refundable

     

    Food and drinks will be available for purchase from the food trucks attending the event (you can find a list of the attending food trucks on our events page). We will also have raffles and games available during the event for you to enjoy.

     

    All proceeds from this tournament and fundraiser will go toward the Community Health Center, which provides no-cost healthcare to individuals who are uninsured or underinsured.

    Cash can be dropped off at the front desk at the address listed above. Please include the payment in an envelope along with your and your teammates' names (if applicable), team name, and phone number. 

     

    Teams must be signed up and paid for to be counted in the tournament. Any team that is signed up and not paid will not be included in the tournament.

     

    Any team that is signed up and paid, BUT DOES NOT SHOW, will not be refunded.
