Exhibitor registrations accepted through Friday, April 10 or until all spaces are filled.

• Booth spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• All Indoor booths have sold out as of 3/3/2026. Any new registrations will be placed as an outdoor booth. This event is rain or shine.

• Deadline to register as an event sponsor is Friday, March 27.

• REGISTER EARLY AND SAVE! Does not apply to sponsorship levels. Offer valid through 4:59 p.m. on Friday, March 27. No coupon code needed.

The Children's Expo event is intended to support Bloomington-area children and families by introducing them to education, recreation, and wellness-related resources. Priority consideration for booth space is given to businesses and organizations whose missions align with that of the Children's Expo.
