• Deadline to register as an event sponsor is Friday, March 27.

The Children's Expo event is intended to support Bloomington-area children and families by introducing them to education, recreation, and wellness-related resources. Priority consideration for booth space is given to businesses and organizations whose missions align with that of the Children's Expo.
Important Exhibitor Agreement

Check "I agree" to show that you've read and agree to our exhibitor terms. We reserve the right to remove - without notice or refunds - exhibitors whose behavior, presence, or products do not have positive impact or reflection on the event.
Exhibitors can promote items and services, but cannot actively sell items or services, nor may they engage in predatory/high pressure sales techniques. Exhibitors agree that any hand outs or giveaways will not include loose glitter, hard candy, popcorn, or choking hazards, and that they will remain within their designated booths spaces when handing out promotional materials*

Submitting your payment does not submit your registration information, so please make sure you fill out and submit both the payment form here, and then the main overall registration form.
