Texas Stock Rally Cars & Coffee Sponsorships are limited, annual partnerships.

We host 12 Cars & Coffee events per year with an average of 150–200 vehicles per event and over 200,000 combined digital views annually.

Sponsorship placements are intentionally limited to protect brand value, visibility, and category exclusivity.

Submitting this application does not guarantee approval. All applications are reviewed for brand alignment and category availability.

• Category exclusivity applies only to Title and Platinum sponsors.
• Sponsor badges are non-transferable and must be displayed to access sponsor/vendor areas.
• Booth space must be confirmed at least 5 days before each event.
• Sponsorship fees are non-refundable
• Deadline for the 2026 C&C shirt is January 31, 2026.
