Lethbridge Bulls - 2026 Flex Pack Gifting

If you purchased a Holiday Flex Pack as a gift for someone, please fill out the following form to ensure the ticket account credit is applied to the right account.

In the new year (by March 1), we'll add the Flex Pack credits to the gift receipients account to keep their surprise intact!

Don't forget to pick up your Bulls Holiday Card that will tell them which Flex Pack you gave them so that they have something to open! Cards can be picked up at the Spitz Stadium Administration Office, open Monday through Friday, 9:30AM-5:00PM, with your proof of purchase. (Office will be closed December 23rd)
