If you purchased a Holiday Flex Pack or regular Flex Pack as a gift for someone, please fill out the following form to ensure the ticket account credit is applied to the right account. This form does not equate to a Flex Pack purchase. Please continue to purchase your Flex Pack through the Lethbridge Bulls' ticketing portal.
In the new year (by March 1), we'll add the Flex Pack credits to the gift recipients account to keep their surprise intact!
If you purchased a Holiday Flex Pack, don't forget to pick up your Bulls Holiday Card that will tell them which level of Flex Pack you gave them so that they have something to open! Cards can be picked up at the Spitz Stadium Administration Office, open Monday through Friday, 9:30AM-5:00PM, with your proof of purchase. (Office will be closed December 31st - January 4th)
