  • Please be aware that Vendor Registration will close on August 3, 2026.

     

    With the success of the new location in 2025, we are hosting this year's event at the Hotel Madison once again. We are excited to have your support for the Blue Ridge RETA Chapter's 2026 Safety Expo. Our chairmen, Chase Cline, Tim Westbrook and Anthony Internicola, are looking forward to our largest turnout ever.  Be sure to use the link on the Thank You email to get your hotel room booked at a discounted rate at Hotel Madison.

     

    Last years event, we started a Vendor Appreciate Reception on Wednesday evening. Providing our vendors with the opportunity to grab a couple of beverages and chat with each other the night before the event. It WILL be happening again at this years event. 

     

    ***Note that this year we will be adding a Closing Reception on Thursday evening after the event, starting at 4:30 pm at the Hotel. Giving registered attendees time to network with vendors after the event in a more casual setting at the Hotel, outside of the Exhibit hall. We will be providing registered attendees with beverage tickets during this event, in hopes to give you the vendors more time in a casual setting to meet them on a personal level.

     

    Be sure to plan accordingly for the pre and post receptions.

    Exhibitor Details:

    All booth locations shown on the floorplan below represent a 10' x 10' booth space. All exhibitors will be provided with one non-skirted 6' table and two chairs per booth selection with electricity, unless a double booth is selected. 

    Please provide your own table covering and extension cord if needed.

    This year, we are offering Premium Booth locations (booth numbers 1, 6, 11, 16, 21, 26, 31, 36, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 44, or 45) for a slightly higher booth fee of $750. The additional fee gets the vendor a premium location while assisting the Blue Ridge Chapter with costs and fees associated for the event.

    This year, we will have four educational sessions only, with no multiple sessions running concurrently as in past years. If you are interested in providing an educational presentation this year, please reach out to admin@retablueridge.com.

     

    SPECIAL NOTICE - We will be having a special FULL DAY of session on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. To provide attendees the opportunity to grab as much knowledge and PDH, and only offering 4 seesions on Thursday. Which means MORE EXPO FLOOR time for vendors and attendees.  Please denote on your registration or reach out to us to grab a teaching seesion - spots are limited!

                        • By participating in this Safety Expo, organized by Blue Ridge RETA Chapter you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

                          4.      Compliance with Rules: You agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in your removal from the event without refund.

                          5.      Photographs and Media: You grant Blue Ridge RETA Chapter the right to use any photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation.

                          6.      Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Ridge RETA Chapter and it’s leadership from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the Safety Expo.
