This class is open to all genders, but is more suited for those who have difficulty with big, powerful moves and value a little more finesse.
Open to all ability levels! Depending on the turnout, we may be able to convince our instructors to do this class more often!
Class will take place on Monday, December 1st, from 7:00pm - 8:00pm Ages 16 and up only. Class is free for EFT members! $10 for everyone else!
