Camp Counselor - Our trusted adults with a heart beat for Jesus, who help carry the mission of the ranch. They help guide the campers, assist with horses, and lead activities and campers around the ranch to help operations running smooth.Senior Wranglers - Our Senior Wranglers handle all things horses at the Ranch. They lead horse activities, guide campers during rides, teach basic horsemanship skills, and keep every moment safe, encouraging, and fun. Each day, they also share a short devotion with campers, helping them learn about both horses and who Christ is. Our Wranglers help create a welcoming ranch experience where campers can learn, grow, and enjoy the true joy of working with horses.Junior Leaders - are our faith driven teen helpers who jump in wherever needed; meal times, games, horse chores, camper support and more. They learn responsibility, leadership, and ranch life by serving alongside our team.Camp Mentors - Our camp mentors are strong mature leaders in their walk with Christ. They provide support and spiritual guidance to campers throughout the day. They walk between activities, checking in on each child, offering encouragement, and help them navigate challenges socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Camp Mentors build trusting relationships, pray with campers when needed, and ensure every child feels seen supported, and valued.Camp Bible Teacher - Our Camp Bible Teachers lead campers through engaging, age-appropriate lessons from God's word. They share Bible stories, teach who Christ is, and guide meaningful conversations about what it means to follow Him and to go out in to the world and be the hands and feet of Jesus. With a caring and Christ-centered approach, our Bible Teachers help campers understand Scripture, grow in their faith, and experience God's love in a real and lasting way.Serving Crew - Behind the scenes crew who help the camp run as smooth as a well-fed herd. They prepare meals, welcome campers at check-in, help with first aid, and keep everything clean and ready to go. This team makes sure the ranch feels safe, warm, and taken care of so everyone can have the best experience at camp.After Camp Clean up - A behind the scenes volunteer who helps the clean up crew after camps are over to prepare the facility for the next camp. this could include dishes, laundry, sweeping, moping, and more.Other
