  • Summer 2026 Superior Court Internship Program

  • Thank you for your interest in the "Access to Justice" program. We are currently seeking volunteers for the Summer of 2026 in the Bay Area. If you are interested in interning in Los Angeles, please contact jkalish@LASuperiorCourt.org.

    Please be aware that this program is neither an AmeriCorps program nor a JusticeCorps program and is run exclusively on a volunteer basis.   • Minimum Requirements for Eligibility:


  • ● Commitment and attendance at all mandatory trainings
    ● Live Scan fingerprinting and security clearance (except at Bay Area legal Aid)
    ● Be at least 18 years old
    ● Available to volunteer 16-40 hours a week*
    ● Available to volunteer late May through mid-August (alternatively, Mid-June through late-August)
    ● Willingness to dress in professional attire and keep a professional appearance at all times during the internship

    The courts in which "Access to Justice" volunteer members serve are open Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Please list your expected commitments (May 2026 - August 2026) that would occur during these hours (including classes, part-time job, clubs, etc.).
