Ember Travel Co. will assist me whenever possible, but all final decisions and resolutions are made solely by Faye Insurance. I agree to follow all instructions given by Ember Travel Co. regarding my Faye coverage, including downloading the Faye mobile app before departure so I can access my policy, receive alerts, and file claims if needed. I understand that Ember Travel Co. is not liable for any delays, denials, coverage outcomes, or decisions made by Faye. I confirm that I am knowingly choosing Faye Travel Insurance for my trip.
