2025 Crisis Nursery OKC - Christmas Assistance Form
  • OkCity Crisis Nursery Christmas Assistance Form (2025)

  • We know things are difficult for you and your family. With everything we do at the Nursery, we believe in the power of prayer and have seen time and time again what can be accomplished with many coming together. We would love to make this a memorable time for your family. There are no guarantees all families will be helped, but we will do our best to get to as many as we are able. This will all depend on donations (which is based solely on individual donors in our community). Please fill out one form per family. If you have multiple families living in your home, please fill out a separate form and list that you will need it delivered /picked up together so we can group them together to make it easier. Please don't fill out multiple forms for your family.

  • Who We Are

  • The OkCity Crisis Nursery opened our doors in May of 2019. Our goal is to prevent abuse and neglect in children by providing free emergency care during times of crisis. We are open 24 hours a day (for emergency childcare) and also equip families with necessities such as car seats, diapers, formula, etc. Our posts end with #godsgotit. We were asked in the beginning stages how we planned to keep this going and provide care and assistance to so many in such a short time frame. We smiled and said "God's Got It". There is not a day that goes by that we don't have a request from a family and within an hour or less, that item shows up at our door step, money comes in when we have a specific need or request, etc. These are our "Gods Got It" moments. We know there will be a lot of requests from families needing help this season but we are excited to see what can take place with a lot of prayer and the community's help. We know gifts are not what this season is all about, but we want to give you this time with your family and help you create lasting memories without added stress or financial burdens. This is simply us being the middle man (and women), as usual and facilitating needs being met (by so many wonderful people in the community)with lots of love. Each year, we are blown away with how many truly want to help you and your families. We want to make this season bright for you so you can have memories with your children that will last a lifetime.

  • Christmas Assistance Program

  • Here at the Nursery, we try and fill in gaps where needs are presented. In 2019, we started out providing gifts out of the house we watched children in, quickly filling last minute needs. We helped over 300 kids that first year. Each year, the community allows us to help more and do more. This number has consistently been in the thousands. Please understand that we do care for children full time and will be working on these requests in the evenings and weekend leading up to Christmas Eve. THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED, so we ask that you utilize other resources that are available if you are able. WHERE DO WE GET THE GIFTS? The Nursery is 100% community funded and relies solely on donations and volunteers. We are all volunteers and do not have any paid staff. We do not receive any government assistance or large grants. There is no guarantee of gifts or specifics as all is funded by or provided by donors.

  • Gift Distribution:

  • Coorespondence and contact will be made earlier this year. We are planning on starting contacting families to schedule pick ups or deliveries starting December 15th. This does not mean we are finished. We will simply start then. We will try to deliver if there are not options for you to pick up. We will help not just OKC but the surrounding areas (within reason) as we have wonderful volunteers who have offered to help get them to you. Deliveries will need to be within a 45 min-2 hour radius of Okc. Please try and be patient with us as we are receiving a large number of requests at the moment. We ask that you do not contact our page (or our number), as this will slow down the process. We will try to contact you if we are able to fulfill your requests.
PICKUP INFO: We ask that you do NOT have children present with you upon pickup/delivery. If you have to bring them, let us know so we can have the gifts where they can not see them. If we are delivering to you, we will have it in a trash bag or box so they will not know what it is. We will also have volunteers contact you before they arrive to ensure children do not see. We want to be very clear with our intentions - the gifts will be from you (or from Santa). We want this to be a fun time for you and your children. We know you would like to be able to provide these for them and that is the goal with equipping you with these items. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF ANYTHING. We trust that the info provided is accurate. If you need to change your phone number or delivery/pick up info you may edit your form. Please do not add children or your family members' children after the fact. We usually go off the first form filled out. We will contact you by the 15th as we fill your requests. On the 22nd and 23rd, if we haven't gotten to your family, you will receive notification of next steps. We hope to let families come and shop on the days leading up to Christmas to ensure we reach as many families as possible this year. We will not go past Christmas Eve like we have in years previously. We will have all info sent via text, message on social media and or email. Please provide all if possible so we can contact you. That is the sole reason for us asking for that info. If you have questions, please email. This is our preferred way of communication this year so we don't prevent our normal daily emergencies from being overlooked.

  • Privacy:

  • We ensure your family's safety and privacy is a priority. We do not distribute or share any personal information provided & encourage you to share your stories with us & struggles you are facing. This will help us relay them back to our donors. We will not include names, pictures, etc. It is important for everyone to know we all go through tough times & it is okay to ask for help. There is a wonderful community that is eager to help you & truly care about your family. More details of your situation, if you applied for help elsewhere, etc will not disqualify you from receiving help from us. We are only gathering this info for future. We hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday season.
