    We schedule your property visits during the same week each month to ensure consistent, reliable service. This helps us maintain a predictable routine for both our team and your tenants, making it easier to plan around inspections or maintenance work. Kindly note that the exact service date will be confirmed based on our availability, and we will notify you in advance so you know exactly when to expect our team on site.

  • By signing this form, you agree to the following:

    • Monthly maintenance hours do not roll over.
    • Materials or major repairs will be quoted separately.
    • Access must be available on the scheduled day.
    • Cancellations require 14 days’ notice.
    • Emergency call-outs outside monthly visits are charged at standard rates.
    • A report with photos will be provided after each visit.
    • This is a recurring 12-month contract to allow you to fully benefit from consistent monthly preventative maintenance.
    • The service will continue on a monthly basis until the contract ends or is cancelled in writing.
