I understand that rent is payable up to and including the day all keys/remotes are returned to the Agency.
I understand that handing over possession requires return of all keys, not the date I physically move out. If keys are lost, I agree to notify the Agent promptly and pay the required cost involved in lock replacement.
I understand I am responsible for removal of all personal items, rubbish, furniture, and debris.
I understand I am responsible for Break Fee as per NSW Residential Tenancies Act (If Applicable)
I understand that if applicable where pets were onsite, any professional cleaning required in accordance with the Pet Clause will be carried out and an invoice provided to the Agent.
I understand I am responsible for tenant-caused damage.
I understand the bond cannot be claimed or released until the final inspection is complete.
I understand any outstanding rent, water usage, invoices, cleaning, rubbish removal, repairs, or break lease fees are due upon final inspection being completed and if not paid, may be deducted from the bond.
I understand I am responsible for disconnecting electricity, gas, internet, and other services / Redirecting mail through Australia Post / Ensuring no outstanding bills remain connected to the property
I agree to allow reasonable access for Inspections in the last 14 days of the notice period. I agree not to interfer or cause delays to the inspections. (if applicable)
I understand lawns, edges, gardens, and outdoor areas must be mowed, weeded, and tidy.
I understand the final inspection will be completed after I return keys.
I understand the property must be returned in reasonably clean condition, similar to the condition documented in the Entry Condition Report, fair wear & tear excepted.
Final Inspection Disclosure
I acknowledge and understand that if I wish to be present at the Final Inspection, it is my responsibility to notify the Agent and make every reasonable effort to coordinate an inspection time. I agree to communicate my request in writing via email to the Agent and to respond promptly within 24 hours to any proposed dates and times by the Agent. I understand that if I do not respond to the Agent’s email invitation, or if I fail to confirm my attendance, the Final Inspection may proceed in my absence, and the outcome of that inspection will form the basis for determining the property’s final condition, bond claims, and any required rectification. I accept full responsibility for ensuring I have made the necessary arrangements should I wish to attend.
