Terms & Rules (Please Read & Acknowledge)
✔️ 1. Payment Rules
Work does not begin until payment or a deposit is received.
For larger projects, a 50% upfront deposit is required.
Late payments may pause your project.
✔️ 2. Turnaround & Revisions
Standard turnaround is based on the timeline agreed upon.
Revisions: 2 rounds included unless otherwise stated.
Additional revisions may include fees.
✔️ 3. Communication Policy
We communicate through email, scheduled calls, and your client dashboard.
If you go silent for 7 days, the project pauses.
If there is no communication for 14 days, the project closes.
Reopening a closed project = restart fee.
✔️ 4. Content Submission
You must provide all necessary text, photos, and info before we start.
Missing content will delay your project.
✔️ 5. Refunds
Because our work is custom, no refunds are offered once work has started.
✔️ 6. Ownership
Final files are yours after the project is completed and paid in full.
Working files (editable source files) are not included unless purchased.
✔️ 7. Respectful Collaboration
We work in partnership with you — please be respectful and responsive.
Disrespect or abuse = immediate termination of the project with no refund.
