This event is open to everyone and an RSVP is not required. However, if you complete this form anytime before the day of the event, you will be entered into a drawing for our holiday gift basket (filled with local items).
To win the basket, you must show up on the day of the event and sign-in at the gift basket table (look for the signs).
At 3pm, all names entered on this form will be placed in a jar and one will be pulled. If that name is signed in, the gift basket will be awared.
We will reach out to the winner to get them the gift basket.
