Event Day Information

Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive at 1:00 PM for dress/top pick-up, a quick try-on, and lineup before the event begins at 2:00 PM. You’re also welcome to already wear your dress/top/scarf/pocket square at event start if you prefer.

Main Presentation Fashion Segment (3:00–3:30 PM): During the presentation, you’ll be invited for a simple walk-on moment as we highlight the wildlife your garment represents.

Extended Fashion Showcase at the Art Exhibit (3:30–4:00 PM): You’re welcome to continue wearing your dress or top near the art featuring your animal. We will provide a small informational poster about the wildlife your piece represents.

Optional Zoom Briefing: A short 10–15 minute optional Zoom will be offered the week before the event to review the flow and answer any questions.
