    1. Purpose of This Agreement

This Agreement outlines the expectations, boundaries, and terms for participating in this Group Mentorship Experience. By signing, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.

    2. Program Structure

Includes two live group mentorship sessions per month, hosted on Zoom.
Each session is approximately 90 minutes.
All Participants receive the same online course "rooted embodiment" teachings, practices, and group support.
This mentorship includes somatic practices, nervous system education, emotional processing, guided embodiment work, and mind-body mentorship tools.

    3. Group Environment & Confidentiality

This is a group mentorship space, not private 1:1 mentorship.
Participants understand their contributions will be witnessed by others.
Confidentiality is expected: what is shared in the group stays in the group.
Although confidentiality is expected, the Mentor cannot legally guarantee other participants will uphold it.
    Respectful communication is non-negotiable.

     4. Recording Policy
     All sessions will be recorded.
Recordings will be shared only with the current group for replay.
Participants acknowledge that their voice, comments, and video (if camera is on) may appear in recordings.

Recordings may also be used in future versions of the course or mentorship program since this is the first cohort.
By signing this agreement, the Participant gives full permission for this use.

If you don’t want your face shown, you may turn your camera off—but your audio will still be recorded.

     5. Course Materials
Participants receive online course access starting January 11, 2026.
All videos, PDFs, audios, somatic exercises, and teaching materials are the intellectual property of the Mentor.
Participants may not copy, share, sell, or distribute any materials. Remember you paid for this information, do not give it to others for free.

    6. Attendance & Participation
Live attendance is encouraged but not required.
Participants are responsible for watching replays if they miss a session.
No refunds are provided for missed sessions or scheduling conflicts.

     7. Technology Requirements
Participants must have a stable internet connection and Zoom access.
The Mentor is not responsible for technical issues on the Participant’s end.

     8. Not Therapy or Medical Treatment
Mentorship is not therapy, medical treatment, or licensed mental health care.
The Mentor offers guidance, somatic practices, and mind-body mentorship for personal development only.
Nothing shared should be interpreted as psychological, medical, or legal advice.

     9. Personal Responsibility & Somatic Practices
Participants are fully responsible for their emotional and physical well-being during sessions.
Somatic practices can surface emotions; participants agree to pause, regulate, or step back if needed.
Participation is voluntary and at the Participant’s own risk.

    10. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
     All payments are final.
No refunds are provided for any reason, including missed sessions or changes in personal circumstances.

If choosing a monthly payment plan, the Participant agrees to:

    • Keep a valid credit or debit card on file for the full six-month duration.
    • Allow the Mentor (or the payment processor used by the Mentor) to automatically charge the card on file every month for six consecutive months.
    • Maintain updated payment information if their card expires, declines, or changes.

Choosing the payment plan is a commitment to the full six months, not a month-to-month membership. All six payments are required.

    11. Removal From Program

The Mentor reserves the right to remove a Participant (without refund) for:

    Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
    Breaking confidentiality
Harassment or disrespect toward the Mentor or other participants
    Unsafe behavior
    Failure to follow guidelines

    12. Communication
This mentorship includes support during live calls and through course materials.
It does not include private messaging support, emergency support, or crisis services.

    13. Agreement

By signing, the Participant confirms that:

They have read and fully understand this Agreement.
    They agree to all terms.
    They consent to being recorded.
They understand this is group mentorship, not therapy.
They accept full responsibility for their participation.
They agree to complete full payment.
