I understand that this application does not constitute a contract of employment. If selected, I will be engaged as an independent contractor to originate and develop a book of business consisting of business and individual tax clients, as well as bookkeeping/accounting services clients.

I understand that this independent contractor engagement is at-will, meaning either party may terminate the relationship at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable laws and any written agreement between the parties.

I understand that compensation will be commission-based, calculated as a percentage of net fees per transaction, and may include recurring residual income on repeat business in accordance with company policy. I understand that a Form 1099-NEC will be issued, as applicable, at year-end.
