    Home for the Howlidays 2025- Vendor Application

  • This event is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products or services to 1,000+ pet lovers and community members! We’re now accepting vendor applications for our winter market, designed for holiday shoppers and pet enthusiasts alike.

    Home for the Howlidays is a community celebration featuring 200+ adoptable pets, photos with Santa, live entertainment, and so much more. Shoppers will be on the lookout for handmade goods, seasonal gifts, pet-friendly products, and locally crafted treasures.

    Please note that vendor space is limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Once approved, vendors will receive a confirmation email with next steps. We kindly ask accepted vendors to submit a non-refundable suggested donation of $50 to secure their space.

    Expected Attendance:
    1,000+ attendees

    Vendor Setup:
    Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and any other setup materials. Pre-event setup/drop-off will be available Friday afternoon (12/19) from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. All vendors must be set up by 9:15 a.m., and teardown must be completed by 5:30 p.m. 

    Vendor Fee:
    $50 per vendor. Vendor fee is the same whether or not you choose to vend on both days. 
    $100 for service vendors (Limited spots available as this is an artisan market.)

    Payment Method:
    A donation link and steps to complete payment will be emailed to you once your application is accepted. Please confirm the payment using the same name listed in this form. Donations can also be made on-site. Please email us for arrangements

    Additional Information:
    Marketing materials and a festival map/vendor layout will be provided.
    A pre-event Vendor Q&A virtual session will be hosted to answer any questions you may have.

  • Vendor Requirements

  • Eligibility and Approval:
    Applications are subject to approval based on relevance, product/service quality, and space availability. Vendors offering inappropriate items/services will not be accepted.

    Vendor Fees:
    A $50 non-refundable suggested donation is required to secure your spot. 

    Setup and Teardown:
    Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and any other setup materials. Pre-event setup/drop-off will be available Friday afternoon (12/19) from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. All vendors must be set up by 9:15 a.m., and teardown must be completed by 5:30 p.m.


    Booth Space and Cleanliness:
    Each vendor gets a 10x10-foot space. Keep your booth area clean and remove all trash before leaving. Subleasing or sharing booths without permission is not allowed. For additional areas, please contact us at acseducation@sanantonio.gov

    Parking and Unloading:
    Unloading is available onsite, but vehicles must be moved by 9:15 AM to designated parking. 

    Promotional Materials:
    Promotional materials must stay within your booth space. Loud music or amplified sound is not allowed without prior approval.

    Compliance and Safety:
    Comply with all local health, safety, and fire regulations. Food vendors must meet all local food safety requirements.

    Liability and Insurance:
    Vendors are responsible for their own insurance and any damage, loss, or injury. 

    Conduct:
    Professional behavior is expected at all times. Harassment or inappropriate conduct can lead to removal without a refund.

    Cancellation Policy:
    Vendor donations are non-refundable. In case of event cancellation (e.g., extreme weather), alternative arrangements will be considered.

    Additional Requirements:
    Vendors must agree to clean their space and remove all trash. Special needs (e.g., electricity) must be requested in advance and are subject to approval.
