1. Some students have a background, identity, interest, or talent that is so meaningful they believe their application would be incomplete without sharing it. If this sounds like you, then please share your story.
2. The lessons we take from failure can be fundamental to later success. Recount an incident or time when you experienced failure. How did it affect you and what did you learn from the experience?
3. Reflect on a time when you challenged a belief or idea. What prompted you to act? Would you make the same decision again?
4. Describe a problem you've solved or a problem you'd like to solve. It can be an intellectual challenge, a research query, an ethical dilemma, or something that is of personal importance no matter the scale. Explain its significance to you and what steps you took or could be taken to identify a solution.
5. Discuss an accomplishment or event, formal or informal, which marked your transition from childhood to adulthood within your culture, community, or family.
6. Discuss a current topic or event in your field of interest. Explain its significance and potential implications for this field.

The ultimate goal of the Connections program is to investigate the professional careers in the medical field. Please explain your current area of interest and why you may choose that path. Additionally, please explain what you feel are the most important qualities of a medical professional and why.

Diesel Technology applicants:

Please explain what inspired you to pursue the Diesel Technology program. Why do you think it’s important, and what your career goals in this field. Highlight any skills or experiences that make you a strong candidate for this program.

Education Pathways Academy applicants:

Describe a significant learning experience you had in an educational context or an educational role model that shaped your learning experience. Additionally, what do you believe are the most important components of a successful learning environment?

Engineering and Manufacturing applicants:

Please explain what motivated you to pursue the Engineering and Manufacturing program. Describe why this field is important to you and how it connects to your future career goals. Legal Academy applicants:
