     In order to help us plan for next year, please select one or more of the following options, as applicable:

  • Forms for the 2026/2027 school year, and fees that must be paid at the time of registration, are as follows:

    3. Privacy Consent Form (only if anything has changed from your last form)
    4. Family Statement of Commitment Form
    5. Parent Participation Form
    6. Tuition PAD (pre-authorized debit) Form
    7. AS APPLICABLE: Copies of current visas and/or medical coverage
    8. AS APPLICABLE: If you have moved since the last registration period, please contact the school office for an additional form.
    9. Re-registration Fee of $50/family (non-refundable) if completed by Dec. 15 ($75  if received after Dec. 15)
    10. Supplies and Activities Fees
          Kindergarten: $100/student
          Grades 1-7: $120/student
    11. Technology Fee: $20/ student (NEW for 2026/2027)
    12. AS APPLICABLE: Any outstanding fees from the 2025/2026 school year. You will be notified if you have any outstanding amounts due.**
    13. OPTIONAL: Parent Participation Program Opt-Out Fee of $1000/family (to be paid before or withdrawn on Sep 1, 2026)
    14. OPTIONAL: United Day Prepayment for dress-down days and popcorn throughout the school year. Minimum donation is $30/student, but the suggested donation is $50/student (to be paid before or withdrawn on Sep 15, 2026)
    15. AS APPLICABLE: Athletics fees of $10/student/sport to a maximum of $15/student/season, to cover the cost of tournament fees and venue rentals (to be paid/withdrawn seasonally in October/December/February)

    **As all outstanding fees may not be known at the time of re-registration, please note that your child(ren)’s registration(s) will not be confirmed until all outstanding fees are paid.

     Forms #1 through #8,where applicable, as well as Fees #9 through #12 are due at the time of registration.  If you have provided an Authorization for the Use of EFT Payments Form, Fees #8 and #9 will be withdrawn from your account on Feb 3, 2026.  If you have not provided an Authorization for the Use of EFT Payments Form, Fees #9 and #10 are due immediately by cash or cheque made payable to “Catholic Independent Schools of Vancouver Archdiocese”.

  •  I wish to prepay for United Days throughout the school year. I understand that I will not be required to send money for dress-down days and my child(ren) will receive popcorn each month. There is a minimum withdrawal amount of $30 and a suggested amount of $50 per child.
