This email address will be given to the parent volunteer to set you up on the On Volunteers system so that you can find tasks online to complete your hours. If you give an email address that you don't regularly check, your set up in On Volunteers may be delayed.

Families are required to complete 40 hours of volunteer work in our school and parish community during the school year (June 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027.)

At least 6 of those hours must be maintenance hours, and 2 must be Fundraising hours. All hours must be tracked using our online On Volunteers system.

Please read the Parent Participation Policy section of the Parent Handbook (available on the school website) to ensure you are familiar with the policy.

1. I will complete at least 40 hours of service, including a minimum of 6 hours of maintenance tasks and a minimum of 2 hours of fundraising. I understand that if I do not complete my hours and enter them into the system by May 31, 2027, I will be charged a non-completion fee of $30 for each incomplete hour, and $60 for each incomplete maintenance hour, for a maximum payment of $1,380 if I do not complete any hours.
