Anyone may enter.Only one chili entry per person.
Chili must be homemade.All ingredients must be safe for consumption (no raw meat).Bring chili already cooked and hot (unless otherwise arranged).A minimum of 1 gallon is recommended for judging and tasting.
Contestants must label their pot with their assigned entry number.No identifying names on the chili or table.

Contestants serve their own chili or event staff may serve to ensure anonymity.Tasting cups, spoons, and napkins will be provided.
Chili must be set up by the designated time.Late entries may be disqualified.
