Partner Purchase Program Order Form
The Partner Purchase Program allows any partner agency in good standing to secure a select menu of food items at lower costs than big-box stores. Items ordered through the program come alongside your regular monthly pickup or shipment from The Food Bank, so it can also make purchasing more convenient. There is no requirement to participate in the program.

Ordering Instructions:
- Enter your agency's information in the form below. Partners must have a signed Partner Purchase Program Agreement on file with The Food Bank before they are able to submit orders. If your agency's name does not appear in the drop-down box below, please contact programs@sharefoodbringhope.org
- Enter the number of cases your agency would like to order for each items listed.
  - Each item has a minimum number of cases listed. Agencies must order at least that many cases per order to purchase the product.
  - Orders are only accepted in case-level increments, rather than by individual units.
  - This menu will be updated regularly based on inventory. There is no guarantee that any one item will be available to order from month to month.
  - Agencies can choose which of the listed items they would like to order each time. There is no obligation to order all of the items on the menu.
- Once an order is submitted, The Food Bank staff will pull and prepare the order for the listed shipment date if possible. Your order will be delivered alongside your regular, no-cost pickup or shipment from The Food Bank. The pickup or shipment will include an invoice with all Partner Purchase Program items, which a staff member or lead volunteer will be required to sign.
- At the beginning of each month, you will receive a copy of any outstanding invoices from prior months via email, if one is on file. Payment is due 30 following the invoice date.
