50% Balance – Due 60 days before program start
Full Balance – Due 30 days before program start
Registration & Confirmation Process
1. Request Review & Confirmation
After submitting your registration request, C2C will review it.
You will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours.
2. Deposit Requirement (Do Not Send Until Confirmed)
Please wait for your confirmation email before submitting your deposit.
Once accepted:
A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days to secure your spot.
If the deposit is not received within 7 days, your spot will automatically be released.
Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit
The deposit remains non-refundable even if you choose to withdraw prior to the payment deadline (March 1, 2025), unless the program is canceled by C2C due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., rink closure).
Program Fees
All program fees become non-refundable after the final payment deadline, except in the case of a full program cancellation by C2C.
