  • We’re excited you’re interested in hosting your event at the Hennersby Hollow Clubhouse! This request form helps us gather the details we need to confirm availability and secure your reservation. The clubhouse offers a clean, comfortable indoor space ideal for celebrations, family gatherings, meetings, and small events.

    Please note: Rentals include clubhouse interior space only. Pool access, the pool deck, splash pad, and all outdoor amenities are not included.

    Alcohol is strictly prohibited at all clubhouse rentals. This policy is in place to protect residents, reduce liability, and maintain a safe environment.

    Submitting this rental request does not guarantee final approval. Your selected date and time are placed on a temporary hold while payment is pending. Rental fees must be paid within 48 hours of form submission. If payment is not received by the deadline, the reservation will be automatically released, and the date may be offered to another resident.

  • Rental Rules & Conditions

    Please review the rental guidelines. These help keep the clubhouse clean, safe, and enjoyable for all residents.
  • Use of Space

    Clubhouse interior only; no pool, splash pad, or exterior amenity usage is permitted.

    Setup & Cleanup

    Renter is responsible for all setup, decoration, and cleanup.
    All trash must be tied and placed in designated bins.
    Floors must be swept.
    Counters and surfaces must be wiped.
    Furniture must be returned to original placement.


    Access & Timing

    Access begins at the scheduled rental time — no early entry.
    Cleanup must be completed before the block ends.
    Renter must remain onsite during the entire rental.


    Prohibited Items & Activities

    Confetti, glitter, powders
    Tape, nails, tacks on walls or ceilings
    Smoking inside the building
    Open flames (other than food warmers)
    Pool access or propping pool gates open


    Noise & Conduct

    Noise must stay reasonable.
    Renter is responsible for all guests and vendors.


    Security Monitoring

    Clubhouse is monitored by 24/7 cameras.
    Violations may result in fees or loss of rental privileges.


    Damage & Fees

    Damage to the clubhouse or furnishings will be billed to the renter.
    Insufficient cleaning may result in a cleaning charge.


    Cancellation Policy

    Cancel at least 72 hours before the event for a refund.
    Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the rental fee.
