SECTION 1 — Overview.

This agreement covers the Content Creator Session Package. You may purchase either 12 sessions or 4 sessions. Sessions can only be used at the pre-scheduled content creator events. Your package activates on the day payment is received.

SECTION 3 — Pricing & Payment

Photo + Reels

12-Session Package: $2,400 plus 6.8 percent tax
4-Session Package: $900 plus 6.8 percent tax

Reels Only 30 Minutes

12-Session Package: $2,700 plus 6.8 percent tax
4-Session Package: $900 plus 6.8 percent tax

Reels Only 1 Hour

12-Session Package: $3,900 plus 6.8 percent tax
4-Session Package: $1400 plus 6.8 percent tax

Payment is one time and upfront but can be divided in half or quarters if requested
Accepted: credit card, Venmo, cash, or check.

Payments may be transferred to another person or applied toward a private shoot (private shoot pricing applies).

Section 4 - Scheduling Rules

Sessions occur only during the scheduled monthly content creator events up to 4 times per month.
You may attend:
• Any event
• Sessions never expire

Sessions cannot be scheduled privately, at custom locations, or on custom dates.

SECTION 5 — Reschedules, Cancellations & No-Shows 

• Two reschedules allowed
• 24-hour notice required
• No cancellation fees
• No-shows count as a used session and are non-refundable

SECTION 6 — Refund Policy• Two reschedules allowed

Refunds may be requested anytime.

• If you have not attended any shoots: Full refund
• You have attended at least one shoot and not used more than 1/2 or your sessions: Up to 50 percent refund
• After halfway: Refund based on unused sessions at the per-session rate

SECTION 7 — Delivery Timeline Description

• Viewing gallery: next business day
• Final images: within 5 business days of selections (please allow for extenuating circumstances if we go past this deadline)
• Reels: delivered with final images
• Files stored for 1 year

SECTION 8 — Reels, Approval & Revisions• Viewing gallery: next business day

• Client approves reels by accepting them.
• If you do not want Purple Moss Photography to post your reels for their own purposes, please inform me and I will do as you wish.
• Two revisions included
• Additional revisions incur a fee
• If a reel becomes unusable, a replacement will be created at the next session or from existing footage

SECTION 9 — Usage Rights

• You receive full commercial usage rights
• Purple Moss Photography retains portfolio usage for images and videos

SECTION 10 — Liability & Safety

• You are responsible for personal safety, belongings, and travel
• Weather or unforeseen issues result in rescheduling
• Clients cover any location or permit fees
