By signing below, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to ALL of the following:

🔐 1. Identity Verification Consent
I agree to provide a valid government-issued ID and any documents needed to verify my identity. I understand this is required for IRS compliance.

🧾 2. Tax Preparation Authorization
I authorize Busy Bee Financial Solutions to prepare my federal and state tax return for the current tax year using the information I provide.

📚 3. Due Diligence Agreement
I understand Busy Bee Financial Solutions must follow IRS Due Diligence laws. I agree to provide honest, accurate, and complete information regarding:
• Income
• Dependents
• Credits
• Deductions
• Household information
• Any documents requested

I understand false information can delay, reduce, or deny my refund.

📤 4. Consent to Use & Disclose Tax Information
I allow Busy Bee Financial Solutions to:
• Use my tax information for preparation & filing
• Share necessary data with IRS-approved partners
• Communicate with me about my tax return
• Submit my return electronically

My information will NOT be sold or shared outside of tax-related processes.

🏦 5. Direct Deposit Authorization (If Selected)
If I choose direct deposit, I confirm the account and routing numbers I provide are correct. Busy Bee Financial Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking information.

💸 6. Refund Transfer / Bank Product Fees (If Selected)
If I choose a refund transfer or advance, I authorize all applicable:
• Bank fees
• Processing fees
• Software fees
• Service charges

These will be deducted from my tax refund.

🔍 7. Review & Accuracy Confirmation
I confirm that I have reviewed my tax return in full, checked all amounts, and verified that the information shown is true, complete, and correct.
I fully understand that I am responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.

I understand Busy Bee Financial Solutions does NOT guarantee:
• Refund amount
• Refund approval
• IRS or state processing times
• Refund advance approval

All results depend on IRS/state determination.

💳 9. Non-Refundable Fees
I understand that tax preparation fees are non-refundable, even if:
• The IRS reduces my refund
• My refund is offset
• My return is delayed
• I become ineligible for a credit

✍️ 10. E-Signature Authorization
I agree that my electronic signature carries the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
