Partner Studio-Photographer Release

- As a Rebel 13 Media Photography Studio Partner you will have top priority for all Magazine covers (not a guarantee for every issue released). 

- 1 Free full page ad in each issue of ALL of our publications as well as on our website with a link to your businees/studio website.

- We will share all of your social media posts for further outreach.

- Recieve 1 free digial copy of the magaine in which your work is on the cover, or have more than one feature in the issue, as long as submission requirements have been met. (1-2 photo set submissions every 90 days)

- The ability to make known to your clients that you have priority for sumissions with Rebel 13 Media for all publications. (use that however you would like)

- As a Partner Photographer with Rebel 13 Media I hereby acknowledge that this partner Photagraphy Studio- Photography Release Form (hereinafter referred to as “Partner Photography Studio-Photographer Release”) became effective today (date and signature below)

- I hereby authorize REBEL 13 MEDIA to edit, change, copy, and make any use of all photographs to be used for promotional materials Strictly for Rebel 13 Media (Kustom, Cheesecake, Madd Inked, Ghost) 

-(We will not "Edit" submissions, but may add text to photos for advertisement for Partner Studio and Rebel 13 Media)

- I hereby acknowledge that I will not be entitled to payment or any sort of charge for such action.

- I authorize the use of my photographs for, but not limited to, publication on the internet, and Rebel 13 Media, provided that it is done for lawful purposes.

- I hereby release all rights to any, but not limited to, claims, rights, demands, and/or any causes of action by me or my representatives, heirs or anyone else.

- Furthermore, I hereby waive my right to any royalty or any other compensation with regard to the usage of these specific Photographs in Partnership, provided to Rebel 13 Media. (unless specified otherwise)
