Submission Form: Art Vinyl
Welcome to Art Vinyl! A fundraiser exhibition for Sebastopol Center for the Arts.
Art Vinyl is a unique one-night exhibition and sale of original artworks created on vinyl records by established and emerging artists. The money raised from Art Vinyl will be going directly into our youth and community programs to keep classes affordable and give scholarships to those in need, as well as suporting our other programs.
This benefit sale is first-come, first-served, and all records are sold for $150 each, all of which is donated to SebArts. Records are exhibited anonymously and the identity of the artist is revealed only after the work is purchased. Collectors are able to take their masterpiece home at the end of the night. Un-sold records are returned to the artist.
This event would not be possible without the generous contributions of artists like yourself. Please fill out this form if you would like to donate a piece of art on a record, thank you.
How it works:
1. Create a work of art using any vinyl record. You may use your own record or pick one up here at SebArts during gallery hours Tue-Sun 10-4PM.
2. All mediums are welcomed, as long as work is created with a record vinyl and created to be hung. Please, no wet or sticky records.
3. Up to two records per person may be submitted.
4. Sign and print your name only on the BACK side of the record. Also, indicate the top with an arrow if appropriate.
5. Carefully package your record. Wrap your record in clean paper. Write your name on the outer wrapping. Please attach some form of hanging method (i.e. wire) on the back if possible.
6. Bring your work to the Sebastopol Center for the Arts by 4pm June 23rd 2026.
7. If shipping your record, it must reach SebArts by June 19th 2026. If your shipped artwork is not sold, you will need to provide a pre-paid shipping label for us to return your artwork - if you would not like your artwork to be returned, just let us know.
