This information is necessary should we need to mail you a check for sold items you enter into the sale.

Please complete this online form completely, print it, and bring it with you to the ski sale on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, from 1:00pm to 5:30pm

You could also Print the form and fill it out LEGIBLY to bring with you.

There is a $1 registration fee for each item brought into sale.
