By signing this form, I agree not to hold anyone associated with the Daigle Center or associated with the Miss Welsh pageant orginization responsible for any loss or injury substained to me or my child before, during or after the pageant.
The director has the right to refuse participation to any contestant for any reason they see fit.
NO refunds or transfers are allowed once entry fee has been paid.
