The SCWC Vintage, Book and Art Bazaar will bring together a curated lineup of stallholders sharing a wide range of art, handmade goods, rare vintage and unique retro products.
SCWC will be running an Indie Books stall at the Bazaar. This stall will promote and sell books by local authors.

PAYMENT: To accept your book's place on the Indie Books stall, payment must be made. Payment for this stall is not refundable unless in the event that this event does not take place.
STOCKING & SALES FEE: Authors will be charged a $20 stocking fee per title accepted for the stall. A $2 sale fee per item will be charged.
Payment for sales will be made 7-14 days after the event. You can either submit your account details for direct deposit or submit an invoice after the event.
BOOK SUPPLY: Authors must be able to supply a minimum of 10 copies of each title for sale over the weekend.

Books can also be delivered in person on 26th Sunday during the bump in period from 8:30am -9:45am. At the end of the bazaar, remaining books can be collected in person from the hall on Sunday in the bump out period between 2 - 3pm, or from the SCWC Office.
Book flyers and bookmarks are also welcome.
FUNDRAISING & MARKETING: This is a fundraising event for the South Coast Writers Centre. The South Coast Writers Centre will be marketing this event through social media, newsletters, posters and local media. Marketing for this event may included your supplied photos.
VENUE: Coledale Community Hall is at 745 Lawrence Hargrave Drive. The hall has kitchen facilities that stallholders are welcome to make use of for their own personal needs. There are local cafes and an RSL. Transport info here.
