Friendship Beaded Collar Reminders
1. Shipping & Pickup
  
  Shipping will be added to your final invoice.
  
  Free pickup in Franklin, TN is available.
2. Turnaround Time
  
  Your custom collar will be made within 2–3 days after your invoice is paid.
3. Colors & Beads
  
  Bead colors may vary slightly depending on availability and lighting.
4. Specialty Beads
  
  If your design includes more than two specialty beads (rhinestones, premium accents, etc.), a small additional fee will apply. Usually $2per set, depending on the beads. I’ll confirm this on your final invoice.
5. Neck Measurement
  
  Please measure around your dog’s neck where the collar naturally sits. Use a soft tape measure and leave two fingers of space for comfort. Double-check your measurement before submitting your order.
6. Matching Human Bracelet
  
  Matching bracelets are available for $10 per collar. They will be similar but not exact due to bead-size differences.
7. Handmade
  
  Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind.

What Happens After You Order
Once your form is submitted, I’ll review your selections and reach out if I need any details. You’ll receive your final invoice, and once it’s paid, your collar will be made within 2–3 days. Shipping or pickup instructions will follow once it’s ready.
Refund Policy
Please note: All orders are final sale and non-refundable due to the custom nature of each collar. Each collar is handmade to your specifications, so once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
