Booth Requirements

Tables should be no larger than 6 to 8 ft long, about 2.5 ft wide, and roughly 2.5 ft tall.
Swapper Fee: $10 for all markets (limit one table).

Mini Pop-Ups (Jan–Feb 2026):
10–12 vendors • Booths $20–$40 • limit two tables

Full Markets (Mar–Dec 2026):
15–20 vendors • Booths $35–$55 • limit two tables

Table Rentals:
Optional $15 table rental added to your booth fee. First come, first served.

Payment:
We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and PayPal.
Vendor fees are collected after your application is reviewed.
Approved vendors will receive a payment link by email.
Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.

Demos & Skill Sharing

Makeup artists, crafters, and creators are welcome to host demos. Demos typically run 15–30 minutes, but longer sessions may be approved. Artists may choose whether to charge for their demos. Demo areas will be approved in advance. The demo & skill sharing section must be must be filled out to be considered.

Live Music

Local musicians are invited to perform 30–60 minute sets. Performers must bring their own equipment unless otherwise arranged. The market does not charge any performance fees and keeps none of your tips or earnings — anything people give you is yours. The live music section must be completed to be considered.
