2026 Nebraska Leadership Seminar Payment Form

Schools/Organizations

Please fill out the following form. When complete, you may hit the "print" button at the bottom of the form PRIOR to submitting the form if you need documentation for an invoice. If you forget, you may send an email to registration@nebraskaleadership.org and the Nebraska Leadership Seminar Recruitment Team can send you a pdf version of your completed form. Please send a copy of this paperwork with your check if you are paying via check. Otherwise, if you submit the PayPal option at the bottom of the form, you do not need to submit any paperwork. DELEGATE COST

The cost to attend the 2026 Nebraska Leadership Seminar is $150.00 per delegate. You can pay via credit card or an electronic check (e-check users must have a PayPal account) via the PayPal module at the end of the form.

PLEASE NOTE

All payments must be sent by May 22nd, 2026. Refunds will not be given unless notified by May 22nd of inability to attend. If financial barrier is a concern, please email us at registration@nebraskaleadership.org so we can assist with coordinating sponsorship or discuss a payment plan option.

If you believe that your school, a local service club, or a local business has paid or will be paying the tuition fee on your behalf, please contact them as soon as possible. Tuition must be paid prior to participation.

CLOSING BANQUET

The Closing Banquet lunch will take place on Sunday, June 14th, 2026 at the Welsh Center. The deadline for reservation is May 22nd, 2026.

If more than four (4) guests are attending, please send an email to registration@nebraskaleadership.org.
