I am aware of the dangers of attending this event on this particular date. I promise not to hold the organizers and volunteers liable or pursue legal action against them. This waiver absolves them of any duty for injuries before, during, or after the activity. I freely assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to accidents, weather conditions, collisions with other participants or vehicles, and other unforeseen hazards.
By signing this agreement, I agree to hold the organizers completely harmless, including financial responsibility for any injuries sustained, regardless of the cause or circumstances.
I will do all in my power to honor all safety requirements, and I will seek clarification if necessary.
