The 2025 Annual Meeting of the Member/Owners is scheduled for December 20, 2025. The deadline for your “Proxy” to be submitted/received is December 15, 2025, if you will “Not” be in attendance.

If you are unable to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Member/Owners, your completed Proxy will help to ensure a quorum at the meeting. Without a quorum, the Village II HOA will not be able to elect Directors or conduct the business of the HOA as required by our governing documents.
