1.  是次【2026海廢慈善體能挑戰賽】活動屬自願性質及須身體狀況良好，並自行決定購買個人保險，活動中若發生任何意外事件，須自行負責。
   The 【2026 Marine Waste Charity Fitness Challenge】is voluntary and requires participants to be in good physical condition. Participants are responsible for purchasing personal insurance, and any accidents that occur during the event are their own responsibility. 
2. 參加者必須仔細閱讀活動的條款及細則，截止報名日期於活動舉辦前的5個工作天。
   Participants must carefully read the terms and conditions of the event. The registration deadline is five working days before the event is held.
3. 報名申請一經遞交，即代表參加者確認及同意接受一切活動的條款及細則和安排。
   By submitting the registration application, participants confirm and agree to accept all terms, conditions, and arrangements related to the event.
4. 參加者於活動日備有寄存位置，但不宜帶備或寄存任何貴重個人物品。如參加者的個人物品有任何損失或損壞，活動主辦方概不負責。
   Participants will have a storage area available on the event day, but they should not bring or store any valuable personal belongings. The event organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
5. 如在活動當日遇上不可抗力之因素，包括但不限於傳染病爆發事故或天氣惡劣（包括但不限於發出三號或以上颱風訊號、紅色及黑色暴雨警告信號、政府頒發的禁令等）或是主辦方不可控制的意外情況，主辦方保留將活動改期舉行或取消之權利。活動內容如有任何更改，將會作另行通知。
   In the event of unforeseen circumstances on the day of the activity, including but not limited to infectious disease outbreaks or adverse weather (including but not limited to a signal of typhoon No. 3 or above, red and black rainstorm warning signals, government-issued bans, etc.) or incidents beyond the organizers’ control, they reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event. Any changes to the event will be notified separately.
6. 資料用途：參加者於報名表格所填報的個人資料，僅供活動主辦方作活動相關用途（如：報名、身份核實），在報名表格所提供的個人資料純屬自願。主辦單位不會把參加者提供的資料提供給與上述資料用途無關的其他機構/組織/人士。
   Purpose of Data Use: The personal information provided by participants in the registration form is solely for activities related to the event (such as registration and identity verification). Providing personal data in the registration form is voluntary. The organizers will not share participants' information with any other organizations or individuals unrelated to the aforementioned purposes.
7. 參加者進一步同意，活動主辦方有權將包含其表演、肖像、聲音、姓名、昵稱、身份介紹等權利元素的視聽影音及平面攝影形式的宣傳素材及結合其它必要元素（文字、聲音、圖片、其它影音視聽片段等）一併利用、使用、編輯、改作、重製、散佈、網路公開傳輸相關作品藍宇宙海洋保育基金的社交媒體平台上。
   Participants further agree that the event organizers have the right to use, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, and publicly transmit audiovisual materials including their performances, images, voices, names, nicknames, and identity introductions, along with other necessary elements (text, sound, images, video clips, etc.) on the social media platforms of the Bling Bling Ocean Foundation.
8. 報名先到先得，額滿即止。
   Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once full.

本活動參加者確認健康狀況良好，並同意遵守主辦單位指示。同時理解收益將捐贈給海洋保育活動。 Participant confirms good health and agrees to follow organizer's instructions. Also understands proceeds will be donated to marine conservation activities.

全數收益扣除成本後將直接撥捐海洋保育項目，以提升公眾海洋意識，延續基金會結合理論與實踐的使命。 All proceeds after deducting costs will be directly donated to marine conservation projects to raise public awareness of the ocean and continue the foundation's mission combining theory and practice.
