The Freddie Ford Family Foundation needs vendors to share resources and information to participants at our upcoming events.  Vendors are encouraged to bring an activity to draw participants to their table. All vendors will be promoted on social media prior to the event. 

Payment for vendor fee can be mailed or submitted with this form.

Checks can be made payable to FREDDIE FORD FAMILY FOUNDATION can be mailed to PO BOX 12454, ST LOUIS, MO 63132.

Additional Requirements:

1. Promote this event to the best of your ability, by hanging posters, posting on social media using, sharing with customers, etc.

2. Provide your own materials to share.

3. Email information about your organization .

4. Notify us if you will need a table or chairs (only guaranteed to first 10 vendors).

5. Setup table 30 minutes prior to event start.
