Collaborating for Equity, Sustainability, and Better Health through Food

    Tuesday, June 16, 2026
The Albany Capital Center (55 Eagle St, Albany, NY 12207)

The New York State Food Summit is a biennial event that unites anti-hunger and nutrition security stakeholders from across the state, including service providers, academics, advocates, policymakers, and community leaders. Hosted by The Alliance for a Hunger Free New York, NYS Food as Medicine Coalition, and The Food Pantries for the Capital District, we are seeking breakout session proposals for the 2026 Food Summit.

We are three member-driven coalitions representing emergency food services, community-based programs, healthcare, and mutual aid organizations—working collectively toward a nutrition secure, hunger-free New York.
