This class will take place at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center at 1200 Conference Center Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.

All continuing education will be provided in a single, 8-hour block with a specific start and end time. By registering for the class you are acknowledging that you have the ability to attend on the date and at the times listed.

TAPBA will only accept cancellations up until 10 days prior to the class start time, and a $25 cancellation fee will apply. Emergencies will be reviewed by the board.

You are expected to attend the full 8-hour block and certify, under penalty of perjury, that you did so at the end of the course. If you do not make the certification, you will not receive credit for attendance. If you make that certification and, upon investigation, it appears that you did not attend the full 8-hour block, the presiding judge of the judicial district(s) in which you write will be notified of our investigation and its findings.

You will not need to take a photo onsite as long as your photo fits the parameters mentioned above. Your TAPBA ID badge will be included in your brown envelope at the end of the day along with your certificate.
