Are you a local business or charity and want to connect with diverse communities of Derby?
Get involved with the Community Celebration Day and showcase your artwork, products or services at Derby Theatre. The stallholders are invited to set up in the Community Hub space from 5:00pm and advertise before the main house show at 6:00pm and during the interval. All stall holders need to be able to pack down within 30min to allow for the changeover into the collaborative paint space.
Due to the space available, each stall holder will need to fit on one table with 2 people per stall max. You can bring your own cash box/card machine that connects to the Cloud Wifi. We also recommend having a hotspot as backup in case there are issues with Wifi on the day. Derby Theatre takes no responsibility and cannot guarantee a reliable Wifi connection. The stallholders can bring a pull up banner but it will need to fit behind your table.
You will be able to sell art pieces with your own card machine/cash box. Unfortunately you won't be able to sell food - if you're unsure if your business is suitable please get in touch with DTCommunities@derby.ac.uk and we'll be able to advise you.
The deadline to apply with your stall is Monday 8th Dec 9:00am. We'll let you know if you've been accepted by Friday 12th Dec.
